Church Cove Close to Lizard point. Watch serpentine being carved and explore the 15th church.
Coastal Path Explore the cliff walks of the Coastal Path overlooking turquoise bays and beautiful sandy beaches.

Getting Wet!!!
Kynance Cove & Pentreath Excellent body boarding when the swell is up. Also, for the keen amongst you, Pentreath is just along from Kynance - it has fewer facilities but offers good surfing conditions.
Kennack Sands Two good stretches of sandy beach. A favourite of surfers and body borders.
Praa Sands See the latest on Praa Sands by visiting Magic Seaweed - see the links on our home page.

For the Family
Kynance Cove One of our most spectacular coves. With numerous small sandy beaches, caves and a National Trust cafe. This is a favourite for family days out. Keep your eyes peeled for the seals which often venture close to shore.
Goonhilly Whatever the weather, Goonhilly Visitor Centre makes for an interesting trip.
RNAS Culdrose Time your trip around the annual air day or just visit the public viewing area.
Falmouth A good range of shops & cafes. Boat trips/hire. The castle and, of course, the National Maritime Museum.
Gweek Seal Sanctuary The seals can be viewed in the open pens and from under the water in the specially constructed viewing area. Take a few minutes to visit the otters!
Flambards A good mix of entertainment for everyone from the youngest to the grown-ups.

Further Afield...
Eden Project If you have the time, it's worth a day trip just to marvel at the spectacular setting. Come out of season and bring your ice skates!
Marazion & St Michaels Mount Time it for low tide and walk the causeway to the beautiful castle on St Michaels Mount. It's only a short distance to Penzance where you can take a trip to the Scilly Isles.
The Minack Theatre Visit the spectacular Minack Theatre perched high on the cliffs above Porthcurno. While you are there, take time to visit the Porthcurno Underground Telegraph Museum.
Land's End & Sennen Cove You've done the most southerly point - the Lizard - why not visit the UK mainland's most westerly point?
For the surfers/body borders amongst you, take a trip to Sennen to get some of the best surf in Cornwall - straight off the Atlantic. Keep an eye out for the dolphins! It's a modest walk from Sennen up to Gwenvor - another surfers favourite.
