Terms & Conditions
Henrietta is a family-run holiday let and booking contracts are
between the owner and the client.
Bookings can be made on line, over the phone or using the booking form
provided on the booking page.
For bookings made less than 28 days in advance, full payment is required
before a booking can be confirmed. All other bookings are subject to a 30%
deposit with the balance due at least 2 weeks before arrival.
All cheques to be made payable to P McMinn
Standard lettings commence on a Saturday at 3pm on the starting date and the property
should vacated by 10am on the Saturday of departure when guests are requested to
leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
If, for any reason beyond our control, the property is unavailable or in an
unfit state for use on the date(s) booked, all payments will be refunded and
the client will have no further claim.
We regret that we do not accept pets at this time.
Please refrain from smoking while in the property - thank you.
We reserve the right not to accept bookings from groups under the age of 25
and all male/all female parties.
In the event that the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to
require the client to vacate the property immediately and without compensation.
If you have any complaints during your stay or wish to report any damage, please
do so immediately in order that we can remedy the situation.
Prices
Prices start from as little as £160 out of season and rise to around
£400 during peak season.
All prices are based upon a Saturday arrival with departure the following
Saturday.
Extras
Additional facilities are available upon request, such as a cot or high chair

We usually have a selection of children's body boards which are made
available to guests on 'break it – replace it' basis.
