Directions from Helston

From Helston, head south on the A3083 following the signs for the Lizard.

Follow the A3083 for approximately 9 miles passing the Mullion turning and
the Lizard Cider Barn (A) on your right.

Continue towards the Lizard past the 1st left hand Cadgwith turning and the
left hand turning to Ruan Minor. Take the next left hand turning signposted
for Gwavas Jersey Farm (B).

Follow this road for just under a mile towards a house on your left at which
point the road bends sharply to the left. Opposite you as you approach the
bend, there is a single track road signposted for Gwavas & Grade
Farm (C).

Take this smaller road and follow it passing Grade Church on your left and,
later, Gwavas Jersey Farm on your right.

After approximately 1 mile, you will see a white farm house on the right hand
side (the road itself takes another sharp left - signposted Cadgwith). Turn right
at the farm house (D) and follow the road immediately left past a flower-filled
boat into Prazegooth Lane - passing (carefully) through two granite posts.

The entrance to the Coach House is a few hundred yards down Prazegooth Lane
on the right hand side - just before the lane heads down into Cadgwith itself.

Don't be tempted to drive up Prazegooth Lane from Cadgwith itself
unless you have a very good turning circle (and plenty of life in your
clutch!).
