Directions From Helston

From Helston, head south on the A3083 following the signs for the Lizard.

Follow the A3083 for approximately 9 miles passing the Mullion turning and the Lizard Cider Barn (A) on your right.

Continue towards the Lizard past the 1st left hand turning (signposted Kennack Sands and Ruan Minor) and the 2nd left hand turning (also signposted Ruan Minor). Take the next left hand turning signposted for Cadgwith (black "heavy vehicles" sign) (B).

Follow this road for just under a mile towards Chyheira on your left at which point the road bends sharply to the left. Opposite you as you approach the bend, there is a single track road signposted for Gwavas & Grade (C).

Take this smaller road and follow it passing Grade Church on your left and, later, Gwavas Jersey Farm on your right.

After approximately 1 mile, you will see a white farm house on the right hand side (the road itself takes another sharp left - signposted Cadgwith & Ruan Minor). Turn right at the farm house (D) and follow the road immediately left past a old white rowing boat into Prazegooth Lane - passing (carefully) through two granite posts.

The entrance to the Coach House is a few hundred yards down Prazegooth Lane on the right hand side - just before the lane heads down into Cadgwith itself.



Don't be tempted to drive up Prazegooth Lane from Cadgwith itself unless you have a very good turning circle (and plenty of life in your clutch!).
